“Great place to stay!”

“This property is in a good location downtown close to dining and the river trail. It’s got a nice lobby but hallways, rooms, carpets etc… very old and cramped. I was in a room directly outside the elevator and looking onto a roof, heating/cooling equipment…. ”

To our pleasant surprise, the owner upgraded us to a larger room than we originally booked — a thoughtful and generous gesture that we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, after checking out, we realized that our kids had left behind their two Kindle Fire tablets in the room. By the time we discovered it, we were already too far away to return. We immediately contacted the property owner, who was incredibly……
