“Our stay was spectacular. We’ve been to Tortola over a dozen times. The house was just right for our stay. We especially liked the heated pool. Sharlene was great to work with and answered all our questions promptly. ”

“The cottage was perfect for our family. Spacious and clean one bedroom. Our kids lived in the pool and we couldn't get enough of the balcony view. Location was just far enough away from the ferry for day trips and to go to Cane Gardens for dinner easily and avoid the mid-day cruise crowds.”

“This villa is a true retreat - it's beautiful and tranquil. We loved the feeling of being in the trees , and enjoying the view from the porch and pool. Ben is excellent host- super responsive and very helpful. We've returned many times over the years, and can't wait to come back.”

“Everything about the property, the service, the communication, the villa, the views, the attention to detail, was PERFECTION!! The pictures on the website are great, but they do not do it justice. The views and the vibe are hard to describe with words. The place is heaven!! There were 6 of us, Mom, Dad, 2 adult kids and their significant others and we all felt the same, just a phenomenal experience. The villa exceeded our expectations, every bedroom had a balcony and an ocean view, as well……

“I really enjoyed being here and on the Island even though the location may be considered remote by some if you do not have transport then it is very easy to get a taxi. The views are stunning the people so lovely and the accommodation is in the most perfect spot. If you visit this property I do hope you enjoy it as much as I did.”

“Our family decided to spend five days to relax after a week-long boat charter in the BVI. Flamingo Sunset was the perfect place! Extremely clean and had everything we would need for our stay. Watching the sunsets every afternoon was priceless. Communication with host and her team was excellent. A couple of beautiful beaches just a short drive away. Would certainly rent again and/or recommend to family and friends!”

“Apart of me does not want to share what a gem this is because then when I go to book it next time it won't be available. But I have to share that this is a stellar property! The views are jaw-dropping from every corner of the house. It's peaceful it's relaxing well equipped and we loved everything about it. It was spotless when we arrived. Being able to use the facilities at the resort below was a big plus. As others before us pointed out it is not easy to find and there are a lot of stairs……

“Cane Garden Bay was a fantastic home-base for exploring Tortola and neighboring BVI. The views were amazing, and the pool divine! A great way to cool off following the day's adventure. The road and driveway to the property are no joke. While we rented a car, we arrived at night and taxied to the property upon arrival, and I'm glad we did. The rental car was delivered the next morning, and the drive became less daunting with each go at it. Highly recommend this property for your next BVI……

“We had the pleasure of spending our honeymoon at Scottland house. It was exactly as advertised and maybe a little better! The amenities were excellent and the views are almost surreal. A short drive/walk to Smuggler’s Cove and you are sitting on one of the most beautiful beaches in the BVI. As others have said, the road is rough, but nothing a decent vehicle cannot handle. We would recommend a four-wheel drive capable vehicle. Our small Suzuki Jimny was perfect. We rented from Jerry’s just down……
