“This is our second visit to this rental ! If there is a complaint it would be getting to the house, but we obviously overlook this as it is sooo worth it when you arrive. The house is clean, the most important thing for us! All bedrooms afford great privacy with lovely bathrooms on each. I have never had a rental as well appointed as this one , Joel has thought of everything literally.Naturally the views are spectacular ! You won’t be disappointed . Truly excellent rental !”

“Great house we enjoyed every bit of it. The views are incredible. The caretaker/ check in- check out was super easy.A true adventure getting in and out of property location I would suggest a 4wd high clearance vehicle. We where in a minivan loaded heavy with 7 people and all our luggage and in wet conditions it was a challenge to say the least.The house could use a bit of love but over all 9 out of 10 stars.”

“We were given different rooms to what we were booked. it did not have the sofabed and the room was far smaller than the picture. Eventually we were moved to another room. The reception staff on the first night were quite rude and not very helpful but the manager sorted it out”

“This was my first time at St Thomas and Flamboyan did not disappoint!! I had so much fun and the place was fantastic! Super clean, staff was friendly, and they also run a cat sanctuary there! Cats are super sweet and overall the experience was phenomenal ”
