Older hotel but well kept. Great location for downtown restaurants. The only miss for me was the air conditioner which made weird shower type noises. Woke me up when it came on. But my husband thought it was better than other in room ac units that make loud motor sounds...

The staff recommended a great Belgium restaurant , where I got 15% discount because of staying at the hotel. The hotel is an older hotel....of a different era. It is right downtiwn, which makes it convenient.

Its a good place to stay downtown. Its clean and large rooms. Nice yo have full fridge snd microwave in the room. It is not a luxury hotel - our tv and our coffee maker did not work. If you are just staying a night - Id recommend it.

The Peterborough Inn and Suites is a lovely place to stay. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Peterborough. The staff is courteous and professional, and the room was very comfortable!

Super-friendly staff, spacious, comfortable room, very reasonably priced for everything you need for a night in Peterborough. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Del Crary Park - great place to stay to go to a summer concert by the water.

This property was fantastic for being close to everything downtown and where you don’t care as much about being in an updated hotel. The staff were fantastic, rooms were clean. Very outdated rooms however and the cheaper price makes sense. There’s a club across the street so don’t expect to sleep much if your room faces the street as it was loud and partying till wee hours. The rooms have only window air units but they worked. Hotel lobby and halls were very warm and gross feeling. Tons of restaurants near by and good food too! Highly recommend Indian place right next door.

Great location, downtown, close to everything. Check in was super fast, friendly and very easy. We got a room upgrade - woohoo! - and the room was awesome. Huge! Bed was comfy. Clean room. Only trouble was the small window a/c unit was obviously *just* turned on as it was over 84 degrees in the room. Took many many many hours to cool down. A call to the front desk got us two (small) fans but absolutely helped. Very kind staff. Downsides: Some roaming people that I highly doubt were staying in the hotel, building is dated, parking is a bit of a walk, but nothing too crazy. But, all in all, worth a stay.

Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. Building is a bit old but clean and in good condition. Very large room. Good price, Average bed comfort. Small screen TV needed fiddling to set up access to channels and maximum volume needed to barely hear it at the other end of the room on the bed. Close to lots of restaurants. Like many cities, a noticeable number of unhoused folks wandering the streets.

I do want to say my rating is based on the amazing and understanding staff. The location is great, free parking around the corner, they offer 15% off dinning in several restaurants that are all walking distance. The hotel is outdated and basic but clean. It just depends on what your priorities are.

I loved the quaint older style. The desk help was great. I wasn't crazy that parking was down the street, around the corner of a night club with a few drunks hanging out.

Pros:Liked the easy and knowledgable staff for check-in /out, and that there was parking spots saved in front entrance for unloading luggage for check in and check out. Nice parking garage really close to Hotel.Good sized rooms, clean and comfortable. Good coffee in room, and nice little sink and a fridge . Loved the heat light after shower. And various restaurants close. Cons: There was not much for bathroom amenities, one Very small vial of shampoo only good for 1 use by 2 people barely & no conditioner, And the tiny round soap was not really very good for washing. We had a room for 2 people but there was only one wash cloth & one hand towel (which I find Not Hygenic ) but they did have 2 bath towels. I just asked for maid service every day so could get clean ones. I guess we could have called down for more but I thought they should have been initially provided. All in all i would recommend. Reasonably priced.

It was a cute spot, comfy bed, lots of amenities. The only thing was that it was quite warm (but it was also 30 degrees outside), and the bathroom had a strange smell to it. Otherwise good!

It was just okay overall. The TV was very small and soo far away from the bed that we could not use it at all. The design of the washroom was just odd too, the shower was leaking, the toilet seat was soo conjusted that your elbow would hit the sink each time you would go for tissue. But the customer service was good at least and very helping too. Got quite a few food spots right beside it too
