“From first contact, Nathalie was extremely helpful, we got a great video for check in as we were arriving very late at night. The wine was great, we know, we drank enough of it!! The house was clean and spacious with lots of games, the swimming pool was perfect, we all loved the diving board. We nicknamed the pool hoover Janice, she was a bit annoying in the pool all the time but the pool was clean so worth it I suppose. “The property was very well located, being close to the town of Chalais with a decent size Intermarche and Monday market. It was situated at the head of a farm track leading into fields of corn and sunflowers. The gite was spacious and clean and the bedrooms comfortable. It was good to have 2 bathrooms. We really enjoyed using the swimming pool and our youngest liked the swing in the tree! We had lots of BBQs. Only small niggle was that we were unable to find the toaster? Also not enough mugs,……
