“Great service at lobby and rooms. Amazing area around (restaurants, shops, transport.. and télécabines just few minutes walk). Breakfast at hotel should be richer and service during breakfast was not that good. Would definitely come back to this hotel. ”

“Beautifully decorated in a Alpine style, with much attention to detail. Excellent food, including the famous chocolaterie. Excellent rooms and bathrooms. The only negative is that if you have a room giving to the front, you may be woken up by loud voices - usually young people coming out of nightclubs. ”

“Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le spa est très sympathique et complet, avec des horaires d'ouverture de 7h à 22h30, ce qui est fortement appréciable. Le massage était superbe. Cependant, le prix du buffet de desserts à 24 € nous semble excessif lorsque l'on prend juste une petite douceur sucrée. Idem pour le repas au kids club à 32€ pour un croc mr... ”

“The hotel was beyter than we have expected. The room was spacious, with well known amenities and the location has it all. A night club, nice Italian restaurant, supermarket and a ski rental shop.”

“Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. ”

“A l’arrivé, pas de code d’entrée ni la clé. On a du appelé plusieurs fois pour obtenir cela. 1/2h plus tard, rentée dans l’appart, surprise, le lieu n’était pas nettoyé. Il y a tu des traces de chips, poussière gris au sol, sous le lit. J’ai immédiatement contacté, encore 1 fois, qu’il m’a dit que le lieu était nettoyé… Il ma dit qu’il nous envoie la femme de ménage lendemain mais jamais venue, on a jamais plus entendu! Le lieu se trouve au centre de village mais le service est assez……

“Our stay at Zannier could not have been any nicer! The staff was absolutely incredible, caring, and helpful — best service we have ever gotten during our travels! They had a room for skis and boots (which they kept on a heated rack); they were always available to drive us into town or to a restaurant and also to pick us up as soon as we called. Finally, the drinks, bartenders, and tea in the living room after skiing were the best. I also need to give a shout out to the kitchen staff and the……
