East St Gem is only 6 miles from fabulous Boyne Resort, with WORLD CLASS SKIING zip lining and the midwest's largest indoor waterpark at Avalanche Bay. The Sky Bridge is open for fall color tours.
We are also located ONLY TWO BLOCKS to downtown restaurants , shops and pubs and Lake Charlevoix.
Our vacation home is newly renovated, spacious and clean with all the comforts of home INCLUDING AIR CONDITIONING. Amenities include a large living room with Flexsteel Sofa, Samsung 55 in. Smart TV with Spectrum TV and WIFI. The master bedroom is oversized with a new king bed and a 43 in Smart TV with Netflix. There is also an ensuite bath with body wash and shampoo dispensers as well as a rain shower head. The private backyard features a deck for that morning coffee and serene outdoor living area, SEASONAL barbeque grill and firepit for your enjoyment. Attached garage for your convenience, we even have bicycles and yard games for you to use.. Leave your car parked and WALK TO EVERYTHING! Only 2 blocks to shopping, restaurants, pubs, Lake Charlevoix, Public Boat Launch and Boyne's Famous Farmers Market. You'll love Friday's Stroll the Streets and Wednesday's free concerts in Veterans Park. . Winter ski trip
Perfect location, just 10 minutes to the mountain. Enjoyed the downtown, the local sledding hill and the skiing at Boyne. House was very clean and comfortable. The garage was very helpful to house all our ski gear. BC pizza (3 minutes away) was delicious, as was the traditional "bumpy" cake.

We spent 4 nights at this house and it was great. Perfect location for dining in Boyne and we visited 4 different ski area's! Loved having garage access for loading and unloading everyday to avoid the cold and snow.

Family Ski/snowboarding trip
Our stay was essentially our home away from home. The property was very clean with a few extra treats left, which the kids enjoyed. The property managers were very responsive for any questions posed. The property was also very spacious. Boyne City and boyne Falls were very nice as well. But mainly the proximity to Boyne Mountain was perfect. Thank you for the enjoyable and relaxing vacation.

Great for our family!
Loved it! We rode our bikes all the way to boyne mtn, to the avalanche preserve hiking trail, and into town. Great location close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean which is a must have for my wife and kids. For sure we burned the firewood, thank you for that.

Communication was easy and very timely. Many extras typically not included with other rentals. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of space inside. Best place I’ve ever rented from. Nice outdoor space to enjoy a relaxing evening in privacy. Would highly recommend this place. and will hopefully be back again for another great stay.

Nice comfortable two bedroom duplex, clean and just blocks from downtown and Lake Charlevoix. The walk in shower and the ramp in the garage were appreciated by mobility impaired senior citizen. This is the second time we have stayed at this home and the third time with the property owners-they are the best!
