The parking lot was being hot tarred the days we were there, it was dirty, noisy, & smelly. We were given a room #38 on the 2nd floor, climbing up a steep metal stairway with luggage was difficult. The room was dated, had a 80’s look, carpet was stained. It was a run down dated room. When retiring for the evening I pulled the curtains closed, the curtain rod dis-assembled & into 4 pieces. We couldn’t get it back together after trying numerous times. So at 10:30 my husband went down to the office to ask for help. We were given another room, downstairs on the other side, so we had to pack up our things down the crappy stairs to a room with 2 double beds. I went to the office asking for a king bed that we reserved & paid for & the man on duty said to me as he rolled his eyes, “you paid for a standard room”. I told him the original room was a dump & he said he had no more king bed rooms. Being the parking lot was mostly empty I couldn’t understand it.
I will not stay there again. The whole complex needs major renovations.
