“Very easy to deal with and lovely stay at the unique property. It's located in a lovely part of Greece with the nearby town having loads of great shops and restaurants. The property was clean, well maintained and had loads of space for people to do their own thing. Well equipped to cater for yourself and some of the restaurants also did delivery. Couple of points: Mattresses are quite firm, some toppers available would be good. There was a couple of bedrooms listed that were not either available……

“We (family of 5, 3 teenage girls) enjoyed our stay at this house a lot. It was extremly quiet, as no neighbours were around. The pool as well as the house were clean, and regularly the pool man Kosta came to check on it. The house itself is very spacious, large living room. You can walk by foot on a gravelroad to the beach (5min), where it's not a sandy beach, but the water is just perfectly clean and nice. We also enjoyed other beaches in the area, as well as visiting the archeological sites.……

“Our group came from Many countries and have experienced many villas together in many countries . The bonus point with villa Aria is access to the beach and kayaks and paddle boards provided as well as a lovely swimming pool and tennis court . My only suggestion will be add some hand rails for the stone steps going down to rooms . ”

“Hospitable. Five stars. Maria and her husband certainly know how to take care of their guests. From the second I walked in with welcoming package is in wine fresh flowers picked aside the bed and Throughout the apartment. Checking on me to see if everything was OK and if any needs were to be met. I was even invited to go to a private beach with Maria which I did and spent a beautiful morning talking about life. I don’t know if there’s any other better way to balance privacy and an open door of……

“The property is stunning, even more impressive than the pictures. Very comfortable bedding/living areas, 3 kitchen areas, central AC. The house can be thought of as three separate units technically, but can be all open as we had it, a lot of space for groups or families to gather together while also having some privacy. The patios are huge - we loved gathering on the top patio in the evening and stargazing while also having the view of Spetses across the sea. The pool area was also very……
