“Very easy to deal with and lovely stay at the unique property. It's located in a lovely part of Greece with the nearby town having loads of great shops and restaurants. The property was clean, well maintained and had loads of space for people to do their own thing. Well equipped to cater for yourself and some of the restaurants also did delivery. Couple of points: Mattresses are quite firm, some toppers available would be good. There was a couple of bedrooms listed that were not either available……

“House is perfectly located in the center of town. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Didn't spend much time indoors but house was appointed with everything we needed and extras (movie projector, washing machine , etc...) Would love to stay again!”

“The property is stunning, even more impressive than the pictures. Very comfortable bedding/living areas, 3 kitchen areas, central AC. The house can be thought of as three separate units technically, but can be all open as we had it, a lot of space for groups or families to gather together while also having some privacy. The patios are huge - we loved gathering on the top patio in the evening and stargazing while also having the view of Spetses across the sea. The pool area was also very……

Les hôtes sont aux petits soins avec de charmantes intentions à notre arrivée. Le linge de maison sent très bon :-) et le ménage à mi séjour (2 semaines) est un vrai plus. Seul bémol la vétusté de la cuisine et de ses accessoires et certaines parties des extérieurs mais c'est tellement grand que cela n'affecte en aucun cas la qualité du séjour. Galatas……

The bonus point with villa Aria is access to the beach and kayaks and paddle boards provided as well as a lovely swimming pool and tennis court . My only suggestion will be add some hand rails for the stone steps going down to rooms . ”

It is right beside Techne Restaurant but 20 steps up to the door of the house which provides you with privacy from the restaurant and the walking path below and magnificent views. “We (family of 5, 3 teenage girls) enjoyed our stay at this house a lot. It was extremly quiet, as no neighbours were around. The pool as well as the house were clean, and regularly the pool man Kosta came to check on it. The house itself is very spacious, large living room. You can walk by foot on a gravelroad to the beach (5min), where it's not a sandy beach, but the water is just perfectly clean and nice. We also enjoyed other beaches in the area, as well as visiting the archeological sites.……
