Where the hotel needs action is the attention to detail, staff numbers need to be increased at breakfast ..."

"The apartment was in excellent condition, spacious, balcony, backyard. Everything is so beautiful, the shower is perfect. But although we had a washing machine we could not use it because the detergent was missing. No soap, no dish cloth, no dish or paper towel. The host was helpful."
