“Location is good, close to Tram station. staff is friendly. Cleanses is bad. room window glass were covered by bird excrement. some facilities in room were covered by a thick layer of dust. toilet didn't work sometimes.....”

The room was clean, and even though we arrived super late at night, the staff was kind and welcoming, which we really appreciated. That said, I had booked a room for three people, and the hotel informed me ahead of time that the sofa bed wouldn’t be made, but they’d leave clean sheets and duvet. “Arrived Bordeaux at the hottest days, almost 40 degree in June. Great to find hotel with sufficient air conditioning, and the room is spacious and clean. There are some water leaking from the shower tub, but not great matter. Great shower. The ladies there, Helen, is very helpful, even help me to move my heavy luggage upstairs into my room. Also give me good recommendations for dinners. Consider close to city centre, just 10 min walking to the Place Gambetta. If very senstive yo noise, may hear……
