The host was so kind and attentive. She left us butter cookies, frozen pizza and dog treats. The home had everything you would need to stay. Definitely recommend and we will be returning to this property if we are in the area again. ”

“The cabin was absolutely beautiful and everything was extremely well stocked and kept. The property was fantastic for a weekend escape. We especially enjoyed the fire pit, fireplace and the trails. Check in was easy and simple. The information provided by the host was thorough. We will absolutely be back. ”

“Clean and well organized property. The location is fantastic and hosts very helpful. We didn’t need the basement, the steps are very steep, but if you need that space it would be fine. Would stay here again!”

“Quiet area, only a couple of things about this property. There are others beside and below you and if they are noisy you will hear everything. We were fortunate to have quiet neighbors though. The door code is challenging at times as it would randomly select numbers while you were inputting your code, making you start over. Overall it was nice and comfy and was a good place for those not wanting to stay directly in St Louis. Also very close to Six Flags!”

“Maeystown is a cute LITTLE town, and the house is well maintained. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was that the listing said there was a hot tub (which is why I booked the house since I was driving seven hours to get there), but there was no hot tub on site. I could see where it used to be, but it should really be removed from the listing.”

“My family and I enjoyed a relaxing, quiet stay at this corner property. Filled with the sounds of nature and God's creation all around. From cows, to birds, to deer taking drink from the pond. Lovely! Rocking chairs on the front porch were great! My kids especially enjoyed the hot tub each morning with the sunrise.
