“1. Arrive in the daylight! This is Deep France, so it's a little confusing to find in the dark. 2. Stay in the Chateau part of the house. Our romantic room was BEAUTIFUL and just like the photos. Our -in-laws had a family room, and it was very large! 3. You should reserve for dinner since there isn't much else if you arrive in the evening. We missed it and ended up eating pizza in a parking lot! 4. Breakfast "buffet" was impressive, both the beautiful DR setting and the variety of food. Worth……

“We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The room was simple but well appointed. Clean and very comfortable. The villa is located in a hill within the trees above the river. Very quiet and peaceful. The attached restaurant was excellent, but was only serving one of the nights we were there because they were hosting a wedding on the weekend. “Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet Hôtel-Restaurant qui porte bien son nom. La restauration est superbe et l'accueil très chaleureux. La chambre était propre et bien équipée. Nous sommes tombés en panne de voiture pour aller à un festival et toute l'équipe (et quelques clients) de l'hôtel étaient prêts à tout pour nous aider. “Das Hotel liegt malerisch gelegen und ist wirklich ein Traum. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber. Der Service war gut, aber nicht aussergewöhnlich aufmerksam. Der Spa war schön, aber man hat nur eine Stunde gratis Aufenthalt pro Tag als Gast. Das ist jedoch vollkommen genügend. Das Restaurant war sehr lecker und man bot mir sogar vegetarische Alternativen an. Sehr großes Lob! ”
