“唔明點解會喺五星級酒店，清潔房間欠佳，已用所有用品沒有補給，要問為什麼不補給之後，，才每天補回，基本是沒有清潔的，地下有死嘅昆蟲每日都見到佢，早餐好一般，保存食物一般，鮮奶酸的，種類又不多，交通不方便，沒有接駁車，如果沒有自駕就超級不方便了，最近商場都要15至20分鐘車程，問題佢係收五星級價錢，不值，還是很多選擇，沒有下次了”

“Akra hotel was a great stay; spacious, clean, and with a dedicated staff. Communication may be a slight issue with some language barriers. This hotel is, however, not very close to many of the attractions or places to visit in Phuket, which is apparent if you look atthe location of the hotel on the map. It's made accessible via Grab. Approximately 45-60 minutes to either old town Phuket or Petang, and further from southern beaches. Some smaller cities are nearby with good beaches & good food.”

What an incredible 9 days in this wonderful villa, within walking distance to both Surin & BangTao beaches.Everything about the villa, the organisation, the rooms, the communication from our host and the wonderful housekeeping service was designed to make this the best family holiday we’ve been on.Khun Sa the housekeeper is an absolute gem who made the stay so relaxing and perfect. “We staid as a family of 3 at CostalEscapes in Ko Yao Noi and had a fantastic week. Boo and the team were excellent hosts. The villa and whole property has all one needs to wind down with the views just adding to the whole experience. We can highly recommend this place which is a great hub to also explore the Bay Area via day trips and want to avoid the tourist crowds. We’ll be back”

Accident reaction was slow

"Everything was so good, but don’t the reason about we had locked out of our room, we even called the front desk many times, the staff still reaction very slow. we wait out of our room door around 30 min without any compensation"

Comfy and relaxing stay

"I was traveling with my family. We stayed at the sands Khao Lak for 3 nights in a pool access room. My girls loved the slide pool, the weather was so nice and the buffet breakfast was good enough. Overall we loved our stay at the Sands Khao Lak "
