Despite my request, Expedia did not send me the booking for this new hotel on time. It was send to me after few hours I checked in another hotel that I have to look for muself. The hotel also took money from our credit card and also charged us for the same on arrival. When we requested a refund for the double charge, they kept delaying the refund back into our account. “The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is unexpectedly large, making us a comfortable sleep. The front desk & bell boys were very helpful and polite, they always kept smiling. They tried very hard to communicate to you with English though they were not fluent in it. ”
