“This is house is nice on the main floor. The lower floor indeed had a musty smell. We were going to use both floors but did not end up using the lower floor. The musty smell was bothersome. We tried to open the windows but either they were labeled to not be opened up or they did not work. I think if your were able to open the windows that would help. The main floor was well stocked for cooking and the deck and inside seating was great. The beds were comfortable. ”

“We picked this place as it had 2 rooms with king beds, for our 2 couples plus it was dog friendly. The owners left a dog bed for our pup to sleep in. The house is beautifully renovated. We did struggle with a lady bug problem in the family room but I think it was due to the temps and being an old house. The location is perfect along the Keuka outlet trail. We arrived at night and I wish the house was a little better lit as the property is fairly remote”

“We had a wonderful winter weekend at this lovely home. The house was well-appointed and cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and enjoyed hanging out in the spacious kitchen and by the fireplaces. I would definitely recommend it to others!”
