very bad service.the hotel staff totally forget to give us receipt when we check out , after we back to back to Asia , we tried to phoned them many times but didn't get any document by far. even worse , the reception lady name-Kelly hung up the call , and not listening to our request and complain , i won't choose such hotel again !!!

The breakfast buffet at Best Western was not as good as the breakfast buffet at Comfort Inn right down the street. It was very unorganized and the dining area is very small. It was not enough food for the guests. The Comfort Inn was a 5 star breakfast and I looked forward to going downstairs to get breakfast every morning that I stayed there

This hotel is easy to find. Right next to Widner U. It is a newer property, and the property is clean and well lit. We had a king suite which was nice due to the sitting area. The breakfast area was clean and well presented. The receptionist (Rae) was extremely polite. Knowledgeable about Best Western and policies. She explained everything we needed to know about the property. The parking was free. Just a little bit of a walk since it is in the back. Only downside. But not a biggie.

Canx policy is nuts I will never stay there again. I canx my reservation less than 15 mins after making it and was charged full price cause I didn’t notice the dates were wrong. Terrible policy to “STEAL” money from people like that when I never stayed there. I will file this with the BBB.

This property is what it is - a convenient stay when attending events at Wells Fargo or Subaru Park. We weren't expecting the Ritz - just needed a place to rest our heads and a meal in the AM. I will share some pros and cons, from our experience. The pros: The room was clean and had all we needed for a one night stay. The check in attendant was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location (as noted above) - is about 15 minutes from Wells Fargo and less than 10 minutes from Subaru Park. That being said, the location itself is not great. We stayed here with 2 kids, and I would not likely stay here with them again - especially if parking and walking in and out of the facility at night. Just honestly didn't feel safe in the area. The other con of note - we arrived for breakfast at 9:35AM. There was no hot food and no juices, and we were told "breakfast ends at 10". Part of why we booked this hotel, was that it included breakfast in the rate. If you advertise "breakfast until 10AM" - there should be available breakfast until 10AM. In summary, it's an average, convenient hotel - but I probably wouldn't stay here again.
