I recently had an unfortunate experience with West . My mother and I booked a stay, but upon arrival, we were informed that I could not check in because of age restrictions. While I understand the need for policies regarding age, it was disappointing that we were not informed about this ahead of time.
Additionally, our request for a refund was denied, which added to our frustration. It would have been helpful if the hotel had better communication regarding their age policy before we arrived. Overall, I left feeling unhappy with our experience and would recommend that the hotel reassess their customer service approach.
