About 15/20 mins from center of Philadelphia. Came for the crazy Eagles parade so called it a night early. Was in bed by 7 pm so the only down fall was this is a basement apartment and the people upstairs were not necessarily loud BUT going to bed at 8 pm (I did hear the foot steps and a movie they were watching while trying to go to sleep).Didn't stop me from sleeping but I did not realize it was a basement or lower level apart situation but been nice space! And location was easy to get to.

I had to find a place quick that was close to Penn presbyterian hospital. The owner was amazing. He checked in on me and asked about my mothers condition. The place was cute and clean. Not being from a city I was unsure of neighborhoods. It was quiet and the parking was ample. I plan on visiting again!

Great place to stay for 2-3 guests if you are seeing a concert at the Mann. Just a few minute drive to the venue whether you are driving or taking an Uber/Lyft. Place was very clean and parking was easy. You can either park in front or right outside of the apartment. The bed was amazing! Honestly one of the comfiest beds I’ve stayed in. Quiet area too.
