I booked here due to being close to the casino, racetrack and some business we had in the area. This property needs some updating which includes chipped tiles in the lobby.The price was right to stay but there were a couple of things that this property lacked. The walls are very thin. Queens size bed looked small due to us having a queen size bed home. Only 3 small thin pillows.. come on. There is a table to sit down to eat but no chairs. Refrigerator is to close to the front door. The bathroom is small and only will fit one person at a time. The left dark curtain hook was off the top track. Hard time viewing 32" TV on bureau and should be wall mounted. Here is the first time hearing this. The front desk only gave me one key for us to use and when I went back to ask for a 2nd key, the front desk woman said it will be a 5 dollar charge. What!! This will be the last time I stay at any Extended Stay America.

Room was never serviced, upon check in another customer was complaining about the same issue. The included breakfast, which was a main reason for selecting this hotel, was very disappointing.

The staff was very friendly.. I think there should be more then one garbage can in each room, there was only the bathroom garbage can. Also the tv should be mounted on the wall. You cant really see it. (maybe a little bigger tv)? other wise my stay was nice

Please never stay here. We were so grossed out by the whole experiance , dirty , smeills so bad, beds are awful , I had to switch rooms and it was just as bad, we immediately left and had our money refuded (hopefully) and went down the street to The hampton inn which is beautiful and worth the xtra 70 dollars, Only thing I have to give Michelle at the front desk a shout out she tried to accomadate us. She informed us they were renovationg and ask us to come back when they do. You guys have to do better.

Ms Morales at front desk super helpful and professional. Observed her interacting with regular tenants and she was super friendly and polite at all times. She was extremely busy helping customers and she also handled the check in/out well.

Rather than going on a long tangent, here’s the bulletpoints: • old and outdated - I mean the rooms in person feel like a dating profile. Not nearly as nice in person as was expected (they weren’t nice) What was described as a studio apartment (kitchen in room) was just an old fridge with dirty cabinets • dirty - I have pictures that it won’t let me submit with this review. The shower in my room wasn’t cleaned before me. there was hair, facial hair shavings all over the counters, the tub, the shelves. The microwave looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The same for the fridge and freezer. The vents as well were caked on with black material. • staff friendliness was almost 5 stars minus one rude lady. Won’t go into details. • noise - the hotel walls are paper thin. I stayed 6 or 7 doors down from the elevator but I could hear it all night. Other patrons were playing music very loud with bass. I’m sure others complained. • “non-smoking” Rooms smelled like sh**. Staff would smoke in front of the entrance despite the signs posted that say no smoking within 100 feet. Multiple people smoking weed next to entrance too. Smell in hallways. • vending - I’ve stayed at 5 star resorts that didn’t charge as much for some of their snacks. $3.50 for a can of soda? Criminal. I wouldn’t stay here again. Normally I’d avoid properties that have less than an 8.0 user rating. Learned a lesson I’ve learned long ago…

We had no heat in our room it was freezing cold. I bought something from the vending machine $4 Its still in the machine . There was no one to be found at the front desk to ask about it. Dirty , un kept people living in this facility. An armed security guard on premises at all times. Their idea of free breakfast was a nutrigrain bar and a cupcake. There was oatmeal packs but no bowls or spoons. I grew up in that general area and thought it would be safe to spend the night while driving through town. Don't even get me started on the contact high we got by every guest we encountered. Absolutely a disgrace!! It should be called a Trap house not a hotel. We travel several times a month and in all of the hotels We've stayed in, this was a ZERO star.
