DON'T BOOK, DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!
I wish I could give zero stars because i stayed ZERO nights, but sadly, to warn you all, they get one star.
First. I arrived at the property and entered the code I was provided for the keyless entry, but the keypad DIDN'T WORK. And no, it was not user error, the keypad was making no sound, not lighting up, nothing. I don't know if it was broken or needed batteries, but it did not work. Thus, I could not get in.
I called the number I was provided for assistance, and the person that picked up said she didn't work there anyone. Ok, fine. So she gave me another number to call. I call and text this person, no answer.
Then I called Vrbo, and I was connected to EVOLVE, which is some form of property manager, I guess. They attempt to contact the owner to see if there is another way to get me in. I'm waiting on hold for 10 minutes, and then the call disconnects. I call back, and another rep tells me the OWNER CANCELED MY RESERVATION. I cannot tell you how upset I was. Here I am on vacation visiting my spouse's family and we're feeling homeless.
EVOLVE advises they can transfer us to another property, but it is an hour away from family. This is NOT GREAT, but we need a place to stay, and it's getting late (9pm), and we have children. We choose a place to transfer to, then we call back and are told we need to pay. I asked what happened to what we paid the first reservation with, and they said it was refunded. I am AGHAST.
