No soap in the bathroom. The lotion was about out, the toilet seat was loose and could have been fixed with a screwdriver and a pair of pliers. The breakfast offering was poorly managed and poorly laid out. The last thing is they ran out of coffee twice in about 15 min. Perhaps if the person that was working for the hotel in the breakfast room would have put her book down and tended to the breakfast room it would have been better. I’ll never stay there again and go back to Holiday Inn Express. They are constantly really good.

Staff was fantastic- room was not fully cleaned, shower is broken to include rust dripping from shower head and the knob broken, pullout mattress extremely dirty, not sufficient bedding and towels, way to pricey of a place for these conditions. Parking lot machine broken couldn’t exit until they finally were able to send someone.

There’s no attached parking, so you have to park 100-200 feet away in a lot. People were smoking pot on the street. The shower constantly dripped water onto the shower drain keeping us up at night. Twice, I found the door left ajar, even after they supposedly “fixed” it not closing properly. The hotel shares the same address as the Hilton, which caused confusion—both times I ordered food delivery, it was sent to the Hilton instead of the Homewood Suites by Hilton. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The breakfast was terrible, moldy bread every morning, coffee ran out, orange juice ran out, no forks, and any time you asked for anything like coffee or forks the staff acted like they were doing you a huge favor just to supply you with the basics of any breakfast. What a joke, will never stay at this property again. The front desk personnel were great, but all other staff was rude, with chips on their shoulders, and huge attitudes. Also there was no shower curtain in the bathroom and even though I complained, no one ever installed one in the 4 days that we were there. Chose this property at your own risk. You have been warned.

We stayed in this hotel and they did not have water some of the days we stayed. The problem started with the lack of communication. The staff just saw us passing in front of them and did not mention that there were not water until I called. After waiting about 5 hours I decided to call again and they finally said there won't be water until father notice and that probably we won't get water for few days. They offered to be transferred to another hotel. When we arrived at the other hotel, we all our belongings, that hotel said we have to pay a higher rate for staying there. That hotel was a downgrade, no kitchen, no microwave, no queen beds, just full beds, no sink or anything that is needed when you have a baby. After a discussion, they agreed to accommodate us. The room was extremely small and they did not even offered breakfast that we have paid in the other hotel. No help from anyone. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone specially if you have small children. The pool is like ice water. Breakfast was not enough for the amount of people: they did not even have milk. I am usually ok with everything, but the lack of communication with the water issue is unacceptable. Please do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else.
