Shower pressure was terrible. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. I used the Hilton app for contactless check in but it was useless basically. They charge $45 per night for parking so I didn’t bring my car, but somehow I was still charged and had to call and ask to be refunded. Which they did but had I not checked. How many people are they charging without them knowing? The pool and hot tub were ok but they should clean it more often. The breakfast spread was nice but they should label all the foods I wasn’t sure what meats they had out because they were not labeled so I didn’t eat it. Elevators were quick I liked that.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. My only issue was the AC wasn't working properly. The room was cool but not as cool as it should have been. Could have been my fault. You have many choices for the included breakfast which is nice. Overall it was a great hotel to stay at.

Beware of this hotel when using Expedia. I booked months in advance. The hotel charged my credit card in advance of my stay. I called the hotel to confirm it was not fraud, and Kayla advised it was their policy to charge the week before because the hotel was booked for the dates of my stay. My stay was for my son’s college graduation weekend. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk said Expedia canceled my booking and that they did not have a reservation for me. Long story short, I had to contact Expedia who then had to contact hotel. Hotel attempted to take advantage of grad weekend rates and canceled my booking. Not good business practice. Lots of unnecessary stress for what should have been an enjoyable weekend.

Homewood was such a great hotel. The hot tub and pool were wonderful, the staff were amazing and the continental breakfast was so convenient. Next time I’m in Philly I’ll definitely stay there again.
