The attitude of the front desk clerk is very good. But when I asked a male manager for parking at the entrance of the hotel, his attitude was very unfriendly, and finally he didn't tell me where to park.

The first room they put us in the lock was not working. The second room the air conditioning was up to high and air conditioner was super dirty. Someone told us one time for breakfast and when we went it had passed.We ordered DoorDash and our bag was stolen front desk was no help. Elevator was super slow.

Decent Stay with Some Drawbacks The room matched the online photos and was reasonably clean, though upon arrival, I found urine on the toilet. Fortunately, I was able to get a housekeeper to clean it promptly, and she was very kind and professional. The gym and pool were nice—small but well-maintained. However, at one point during the stay, they ran out of towels, which was inconvenient. The location was fantastic for my needs, with a Topgolf course just up the street and a shopping mall nearby, along with Walmart and Wegmans for convenience. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. They served waffles but had no syrup, which made for a frustrating experience. I’d recommend heading out for breakfast instead. Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few issues that could be improved.

The room had carpet scars and the luggage rack was broken. The shower had build up or mold in many crevices and the wallpaper was peeling off the bathroom wall. There were 2 elevators and only 1 was working yet there was no out of order sign on the other, and it was quite busy so they really needed both working. The icemaker on the 3rd floor sounded like it was about to die. Also, when a guest is checking in and asks for extra washcloths it is unprofessional and rude to say, “there are washcloths in the room.” Clearly a request for “extra” washcloths indicates the guest knows there are some in the room but not likely enough for their personal hygiene habits. We will not be staying here again.

Property was dirty. Only one elevator was working with no explanation that the other was out. Hotel was sold out for graduations in the area and still only one elevator. Stayed four nights and there was never food available for breakfast- coffee was always out yogurt was gone nothing was replenished. Overall a very disappointing stay especially for a Hyatt brand hotel. Would not recommend.

The room was dirty, found Nicorette gum, lighter, and a tennis ball in the rooms. Some of the towels seemed dirty. The pool was absolutely disgusting. As an old swimmer I literally wanted to gag with how the pool was. Our room had no shower gel or anything left. The shower looked like it wasn’t cleaned well. Really the worst place I’ve stayed in a long time. The only thing I can say location is great. The King of Prussia mall is right there so the location is great.

The ladies were so helpful, even picking up our dinners and helping with directions and door-dash. The Manager was so nasty to the point of calling our room and telling us to GET OUT NOW! He didn't look to see that we extended our stay for the same room for another 2 nights! The nerve! Guess he doesn't like guests to return.
