I liked the affordable price, the people were nice and the breakfast was good. The rooms were outdated which I suppose is to be expected for the price. There were some stains on the floor but it was clean and our bathroom doorknob was loose. Otherwise it was a good place to get some sleep and have breakfast in the morning before we left for the day.

It’s in not a good condition. Our first room the ac didn’t work. We change rooms and the second one was not very clean. The sink cabinet old. And the smell was very bad. People smoke in rooms I think.

It was an average property. Lobby was nice. Location was perfect for what we needed. The room had some wear and tear. Some stains on the carpet..doors were banged up...some paint missing. The best part of the room..the shower pressure was amazing!!

Overall room was clean while put together. Not in the best neighborhood. Right next to clearly a cheap pay-as-you-go by the hour type hotel. Diner next door was closed. Earlier was missing shirts and multiple panels. Elevator doors when open did not meet with floor level. Also piles of tiles just laying about where anyone could trip over them.

This was one of the worst! It should not ben even listed in Expedia! The place is falling apar, dirty, broken, it smelled bad. We were very disappointed and will never use Expedia for our hotel stay again. Doorknob to the bathroom was broken and faucet was leaking. Only a couple of towels !

Room was dirty, old. There was a party in other rooms and I could hear them pass 11:00 and room next to me 320, had TV on so loud I heard it all night until 6:30 am. I had call front desk to complain about 3:00 am but after they called room and knocked at their door nothing happened. I complained same morning to front desk and guest had already checked out. Did not heard anything else from front desk as follow-up.

The area itself is ok, but staff didnt care about load people at 2 in the morning and never did anything about noise complains, they dont have room service everyday which is fine but they should have at least clean towels when asked, the water pressure sucked and the ceiling in the bathroom had no vent so there was water damage and mold on the ceilings, door did not close properly, breakfeaat always the same thing( we stayed 4 nights) and the sausages were rock hard and cold, staff waas never happy or cared about guess,the only so called good thing aboutthos place is the parking space

I’ve never been in a hotel that has smelled so bad. Someone definitely smoked in my room before me, and I’d rather sit in a bathroom than spend time in that room. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

There were no hangers in the room. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. I had to go downstairs to the front desk twice to get sofa, bed supplies, and a pillow. There’s only one bag trolley in the entire hotel that was in use so I could not use it. The handle to the bathroom door was falling off. The bathroom on the first floor had stain ceiling tiles, and the faucets were loose, and the handrails were falling off of the wall.

Property has been neglected. Paint is missing or has been patched with non matching paint. Every inch of the carpet is filthy. Decor items had been removed from the walls but the hangers were still there. Lighting didn’t work. Carpet was pulled away from the baseboards and tacks were exposed. General feeling of a roach motel.
