Disgusting, Unsafe, and Zero Accountability – Avoid at All Costs
This was the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had. As I was checking out the room, to make sure it was at least CLEAN I saw a hot pile of dog poop in the hallway. The smell was awful, and to make it worse, hotel cleaners were nearby and just walked past it without cleaning. When we asked if the room was sanitary, the staff member—who had just spoken English—suddenly claimed “no English.”
I paid at the property but was told to get a refund through Expedia. When I called, the number rerouted to the hotel. The front desk staff picked up, realized it was me, put me on hold, then hung up. I called again in front of her, and she acted like it wasn’t her. I checked Expedia’s policy myself, which clearly said the hotel is responsible for refunds if they processed the payment.
Eventually, the woman at the front desk said I’d get a refund. It showed up two days later at 5:45 AM—then was reversed at 6:30 AM that same day. Absolutely unacceptable.
This hotel is filthy, unprofessional, and dishonest. I want a full refund. No one should have to go through this. This place doesn’t even deserve one star.
