Gross. Toilet seat broken. Slipped right off as soon as I say down. Belongings under the bed. No clear signage for breakfast area. Bought a cold Starbucks and 2 Kind bars. Lady rung me up for $11. Couldn't charge to the room. Ran up to the room to grab my wallet. New lady at checkout, tried to charge $15 for the same 3 items. Was told the shuttle ran every 30 minutes. Saw the shuttle leave at 9 am. Figured he'd be back at 9:30. Was in the lobby at 9:20. Shuttle pulled up around 9:40. Left about 10:15. Stood outside waiting the entire time. Spend a little extra money and stay somewhere nicer.

The property grounds were very unclean with litter. The stairways were same. Our room didn't have the microwave it said would be there. We told by the front door that having microwaves in the rooms were a fire hazard and to use the microwave provided in the lobby. Our room could have definitely used a good vacuuming and dusting. From the looks of it the bed and bathroom were the things that were cleaned. Our stay was paid for two nights but we returned from visiting with family Saturday evening and was not able to enter our room. This give the impression that we were no longer guests. After, taking our room key to the front desk we told it may have been possible that the was demagnetized however we not the only guests at front desk for the same reason. The dinning hall where the free breakfast was provided was not cleanest and definitely needed a vacuumed. Overall the this was definitely not what was advertised and I will not stay there again.

Room smelled. The sink didn’t drain, the tub didn’t drain. There is not enough parking and it’s a dark lot. Worst part was they checked my room 2 days early to see if I had checked out and left my room door open with all of my belongings in it. Never staying here again.

Property is older but staff was actively making improvements; making repairs and upgrades to rooms. Beds were comfortable and clean. The wall paper was peeling in room and our bathroom floor did not appear to have been swept/vacuumed (there was a little stick and some dirt in corners behind door). Rooms smelled fresh. I had to have my room keys reset every day for some reason. The outside area was not pleasant with lots of trash in the parking lot and multiple cars with people in them that smelled like they were smoking pot. I did not feel safe in the evenings being outside. The pool area was well kept. The front desk staff was exceptionally attentive and polite. I wish they had a little more help keeping the place up or doing repairs

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences We’ve Ever Had!! My fiancée and I stayed at the Quality Hotel for one night, and it was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We will absolutely not be returning. We were moved four times because every room we were given was dirty, disgusting, and clearly not cleaned thoroughly. In one room, there were visible drool marks on the pillows, the sheets were stained, and everything smelled awful. Another room reeked of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. A third room had broken fixtures, missing items, and a toilet that didn’t flush. We finally gave up and stayed in the fourth room, which still wasn’t up to standard. The next morning, when I opened the curtains, we were shocked to find “The Blood of Jesus” written on the inside of the window in fingerprints— a clear sign that no one had cleaned it properly before our stay. To make matters worse, we passed by other guests who were also complaining — some mentioned bed bugs and other serious concerns. This hotel is in desperate need of proper housekeeping, maintenance, and management. For your health, safety, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

The moment I drove onto the property it smelled of drugs. Inside the hotel it smelled of drugs including the room. I've stayed at this hotel many times when it was a Hilton Garden and never had this problem or feel unsafe. I definitely felt unsafe this time. Will not be staying here again.

This room was dirty no disturb sign for the the doors I’m sorry . I personal wouldn’t recommend anyone to book with them. When it was time to go the airport the drive out side washing the van a peoples was waiting to go the airport before missing thier flight.Its a lot of witches and warlock working in that place. While the rooms were decent overall, there were several areas that could use improvement. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable odor in the room, which detracted from the initial impression. Additionally, the toilet seat was broken, which was inconvenient, and I unfortunately encountered a roach during my stay. These issues suggest that maintenance and cleanliness standards could be enhanced to improve the overall guest experience.
