I stayed at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown recently, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. On the first night, I returned to my room around 7:30 PM only to find it had not been cleaned. I called the front desk three times (at 7:30, 8:00, and 8:30 PM) with no resolution. I eventually had to go downstairs in person, only to be told that housekeeping had already left for the day.
While housekeeping did show up for the rest of my stay, the quality left much to be desired. The bed was made, but there was still litter and empty cups left on the floor — not what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
Overall, the service felt inattentive, and the lack of follow-through left a poor impression. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as this hotel has potential but needs improvement in both service responsiveness and room cleanliness.
