酒店整体很棒，地理位置优越就是早餐不得不吐槽一下，早餐是填表送餐 填的是9点送餐可是10点还没来，（期间打了两通电话给前台答复是马上送过去！）我们实在不能在等了就离开了！真心表示无语！！！！

I would recommend this property if you’re staying for two nights or more. This property is accessible to many shopping and eating options. Also public transportation isn’t far away. Checking in and out of the facility was a breeze! I would stay here again in the future!

My family and I stayed at your property from August 7 to 8 while visiting Philadelphia for our daughter’s college ceremony. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely challenging and frustrating from the very start. Upon arrival, we were given the wrong room assignment (Room 309), where our code did not work. After contacting customer service, we learned that our actual room was 509. Although the code worked there, we discovered we had been assigned the wrong room type — we had booked 2 queen beds for 4 adults, but instead received 1 king bed. We spent over 45 minutes on the phone with customer service trying to resolve this issue, but no help was provided. As a result, two of us had to sleep on the floor without mattresses or any bedding. This was especially difficult after a long drive from Boston, MA. Due to the confusion at check-in, we also forgot to move our car from short-term parking and ended up receiving a parking ticket. The fully automated check-in process proved to be a major drawback. When there was a problem, there was no on-site staff to assist, making the situation incredibly stressful. The most disappointing part was that, despite customer service being fully aware of the problem, we received no follow-up, apology, or refund for being assigned the wrong room. This was one of the most frustrating hotel stays we have had, and I would not recommend this kind of automated service unless there is a reliable way to provide real-time assistance to guests when

Upscale hostel that needs some updating. Bathrooms nice size. Beds comfortable but exposed ceiling outside our room with pipes and wires. AC turned off when we left the room so came back ti HOT room. They did have a fan . Would book again but knowing I need to Ice, drinks and snacks plus a few other amenities. Are outside had alot of lingering people all night

The area around the Arco was interesting - there was a lot of people loitering around and yelling at all hours of the day. The parking lot across the street costs $38 per day, not $25. The location of extra essentials weren’t clear (2nd floor lounge cabinets). But the location was close to the Subway & right in between big parts of Philly. Our room was pretty clean and decorated nicely.

Booked this location for 1 night as me and my daughter had tickets to see The Weeknd in PA. Upon arrival keycode to enter the facility did not work. They was no one working on site so I had to go back and forth with someone through text for over a hr with no solution. Was forced to have to book a room in another hotel. Please save your money. Not to mention they charge an addition fee of $150 which “drops” when Expedia pays the hotel. Absolutely ridiculous!!

The place itself is nice and clean but my room was delayed which was really frustrating considering the price and how tired I was after flying in. Additionally, my key code didn’t work when I got there and it took a while for a support staff to get it to work. I had to wait outside while they activated the code and it was super hot. The hotel app says that your entry code should work hours before check-in but this was not the case. Overall a frustrating experience for me.
