Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unpleasant. My son and I were unable to sleep for two consecutive nights due to excessive noise coming from the neighboring rooms. • On the first night, a group of men stayed up late playing cards and speaking loudly. • On the second night, a woman left her children alone in the room next to ours, and they cried loudly throughout the night without any supervision.

The hotels is conveniently located close to some delicious food and entertainment which was a plus. It's very clean looks newly remodeled/ built, breakfast was complimentary not continental just bread and coffee not many options available. Lastly, the rooms were confortable but the noise from other rooms and hallway were very noticeable which made the stay a little uncomfortable.

I really wanted to like this hotel more. The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice and welcoming. But, there were a number of things missing you'd find in a typical hotel room that jus really irritated me. There were no cups, ice bucket or, napkins. There were no drawers and the clothing storage was a few small cubby holes near the door. There was no alarm clock or any clock at all. There was no safe. The bathroom lights only worked from outside of the bathroom which was really odd. And lastly, the fridge barely kept anything cold (yes we adjusted the thermostat). I understand this is a new place, but some of the things like no alarm clock or safe in a room right next to a casino and horse track felt idiotic & rude. I will state again that the rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff had excellent service.

The hotel looks new, beautiful rooms, great staff. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and they also served a complimentary breakfast but we only grabbed some fresh fruit. We accidentally drove behind the hotel, the area did seem a little sketchy, but nothing too crazy. Overall, great hotel right near the Casino.
