The sheets and blankets were stained, the bed sheet had a cigarette hole burned in it. The smoke detectors in the 2 rooms that I had seen were taken off of the wall and nothing to cover the hole so, the wiring was exposed. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The hair dryer plug in mine and my son's room was broken with the wiring exposed and still plugged in. My son's room had vinyl flooring, and your shoes stuck to the floor when walking. I would never stay at this property again. If I wouldn't have prepaid, I would have stayed at the Best Western next door.

When I chose this hotel I must have been looking at the description of somewhere else, seriously. Absolutely the filthiest place I have ever stayed. Soiled/stained carpeting, bedspreads also stained, which made us hesitant to even sleep on the beds. An awful bathroom (tub especially), 2 sets of towels, washcloths and hand towels were more like rags used for cleaning, totally useless. The hairdryer had a plug (not plugged in) that was cracked and possibly a fire or electrocution waiting to happen. The smoke detector was totally missing from the wall, also a fire hazard. The in room coffee maker did not even have enough coffee packets for 2 cups of coffee, and the little plastic cup for the pod was completely missing. We used instant coffee which we travel with. If I could have gotten a refund upon arriving and seeing this disgraceful accommodation I would have left immediately and spent the night elsewhere. This place should be condemned and shut down. Needless to say we did not even go for the “free breakfast”. We stayed in room 112, and if interested I have photos to prove my statements. Expedia should not be promoting this hotel in any way!
