Impressive boutique hotel - small n sweet!

Welcome drink, complimentary cookies - sweet! Loved the deco. The cleansing products were a well-known brand from London. Breakfast was amazing, small cosy room, not many selections of food but everything was natural and fresh, gorgeous culinary & layout, very friendly staff, loved it! Located in a posh neighborhood, 2 mins walk to a park and several restaurants.

i love boutique hotels because of the unique designs and character. the decor was really beautiful and the staff was very friendly. however, the paint in the room was chipping in certain places. the water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink was abysmal. also, the toilet paper was holder was under the sink, so strange. overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We came at 4:00 pm when our room was supposed to be ready. It was not. The room had a broken window and one that would not close. The first night was very noisy. Our room was right by the elevator, so we heard everything.

Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be an overall decent option for travelers. The location is fantastic, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the quality of the products provided, such as the sheets, towels, and soap, which felt luxurious and added a nice touch to my experience. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good selection of items to start the day. However, I did encounter a couple of downsides during my stay. The room was quite small, which made it a bit cramped for my liking. Moreover, I was surprised to find that there was no air conditioning, which can be a significant drawback, especially during warming season. Overall, while the hotel has its perks, potential guests should consider these factors before booking.

This property is staffed with individuals with lack of knowledge or skill is hospitality. Rooms are not as advertised. They are below average in appearance. Outlet and light didn’t work in one corner of the room. The rooms were hot and there is no AC in each room. Hotel staff did not know how to make the room cooler. Awful sleeping conditions and overall lack of care for the customer comfort or enjoyment . The parking garage on the website in not convenient if you have luggage and cash only, avoid that garage. There is a parking out right in front of the hotel but they don’t want hotel guest parking there. Overall this was one of the worst hotel in Philly that I’ve stayed at and by far does not live up to the standards of the rest of the Rittenhouse hotels. Dot not stay there for more than $75. There are nicer, better staffed low end chain hotels

The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. We left and returned at odd hours but the concierge was always present and willing to answer any questions we had. The rooms are also nicely furnished and cleaned by the janitorial staff. There are quite a bit of stairs within, but the room was very spacious with plenty of storage for our bags. Breakfast is the same everyday, but there was a nice spread of items to choose from during our stay.

We last stayed hereditary years ago in the same room. This property has been transformed from a classical boutique property/ to euro modern whose improvements are hip and relevant for today. Staff is the best part of the experience with everyone interested in your experience. Bravo.
