I have never heard the word ‘no’ as many times as I heard it at this property…No, sorry we can’t do that…No, you’ll have to ask someone else for that…No, we don’t offer that…No,no,no. The only ‘no’ I will remember is the “No, I will never stay at this property again”. As a frequent Ritz Carlton customer, I can say that I was highly disappointed with the service at almost every touch point— from the front desk to the concierge to the restaurant. So happy it was just a one night stay!
