不满意：清洁度
It was not clear that there is no on street parking (at least not free).I asked about parking in advance and was told there is on street parking and cones would be left out.Cones were not left out and parking is only a 2 hour limit. Got 2 parking tickets as a result because I figured when the owner told me there was on street parking and cones would be left out it meant they were not going to ticket.Owner should clearly specify there is NO free parking both in the listing and when someone asks.The house smelled of smoke and seemed pretty ingrained as opposed to just a one-time thing and we had one roach sighting in the kitchen.The dishwasher did not work and water was pooled inside.Two of the beds were missing a top sheet when we got there but were easy to find so we just added it.We did bring a dog and I admit I missed identifying we were bringing him and paid an extra fee once there (although I cannot find anywhere in the listing where it states a fee) and the dog is right around the pounds limit listed.The second bathroom is in the basement which is not ideal and not noted in the listing, but we made it work.The AC units all worked well which was key to keep the upstairs and main floor cool.Lots of plastic coverings on things (appliances and beds) that seemed awkward but thankfully we were not spending much time in the place.The owners communication is at times belligerent and nasty, ironically mixed in with spiritual and references to God.Won't go back.
