The location was perfect for us moving our student into Villanova, total of less than 10 min away. Easy access to stores and gas station and food options. Some of the issues, 1. For some reason the unit got booked under 1 person, when I noticed I reached out the the owner. I had to contact VRBO and pay an additional 40 per person, even though my sons were staying only 1 nights, and my daughter 2 nights. So an extra 160 for basically nothing. 2. It is difficult to navigate getting into the place, the grass needed cut so the steps were hard to see. The bush in the front needed cut back so you had to walk through the grass and it was raining when we got there is it wasn't ideal. 3. It has 3 bedrooms, but the mattress sizes aren't outlined and for 6 adults it is not appropriate. The beds are most likely a full and 2 adults can not sleep comfortably for multiple nights in that small of a bed. 4. The attic bedroom was so loud all nite that it was very hard to sleep. I had a sound machine as well as the rain channel on and still every single sound from the front street was amplified and woke us up throughout the whole night. 5. The bathroom sink is the size of a camp sink and was almost impossible for my husband to shave using. Was this place adequate, yes, but is it as outlined to sleep 6 people for a week, absolutely not. Host was responsive and even reached out when an emergency shut down happened at the school I think with some minor changes to descript it's ok
