Our stay was great. The staff was awesome. The lady at the front desk was the sweetest. The room was clean and accommodating for our family. The hotel is at a walking distance to a grocery, pizzeria and Chinese spot.

When first arriving at the property, it was conveniently found off the highway, and it had a few stores surrounding the property. When entering the property, everything was clean, the manager was friendly. While checking in, a man in a wheelchair came out of the inner part of the hotel with no clothing on, just a small towel covering his private area to collect the package that was on the counter. I am not familiar with any hotel receiving packages from Amazon. When looking at the man, he looked like a transient. When we asked the hotel manager, was this hotel used for people that were homeless?. The manager said no, but after going upstairs and bumping into a few people in the hallway and asking if they lived there, they said yes and they were homeless. For safety reasons the hotel staff should have informed us , when we asked. I am a licensed clinician and have been for the last 25 years and previously worked in a homeless shelter so, I am familiar with the behaviors of transient people. Even though the hotel was clean, we were uncomfortable, with the behaviors of some of the people staying at the hotel. Therefore, my rating for this hotel is poor.

The rooms look exactly like the photos. Staff is amazing they have everything down to a science, i arrived at 1am and they already had paperwork and keys ready. Very efficient.

major reason I got this hotel is because its pet friendly, and I understand I am charged a pet free of $50 and then $10.00 each day, that is ridiculous. I have the proper paper work for a EMS animal. A daily rate for the pet is the issue. .

The system they have here is terrible in management. They “packed up our room, and proceeded to not communicate anything to anyone the manager “Jose” “Packed our room” as we forgot checkout was the day and didn’t remember to extend, mind you he had packed our room 30 mins after checkout was supposed to be at 11. Proceeded to charge me for a dog fee for an unused puppy pee pad, that someone brought when they came with their puppy in case it had an issue while it visited us for a minute.. and proceed to hold our belonging clothes everything until we pay the fee. Now me and coworker don’t have any of our clothes and work stuff, or electronics, until “Jose” gets back in touch sometime the next day when he’s there sometime between 8-3. When we have to be at work. Avoid at all costs.

I really want to give this place 5 stars. For the price it was clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The only issues I had was that there weren’t any pots and pans readily available (probably had to ask for it idk. I just don’t bother.) the main thing was the neighbor beside us. They kept banging on the walls and complaining of noise coming from our room. I was careful to make sure we weren’t disturbing anyone so I was confused about what noise they were referring to. Come to find out they said that WE were banging on the walls. I was so confused because what reason did we have to do so! Anywho, I checked out the next day and found a quieter hotel on the other side of the city by the pier. Overall it would’ve been a pleasant stay had it not been for the neighbors.
