房间的卫生一般，我住三个晚上，都可以不换床单，搞到我的皮肤不舒服，感觉服务不是很友好，还有就是早餐用餐时间明明是6：30至11：30，但我11：10到那个服务员就很不好的大声告诉我关门了，态度非常的差，一天的好心情就给她影响了

Our room was very warm. They sent a service person who cleaned a vent but could not do anything else to cool it.

Great location for walking to historic sites. Rooms were older but quiet. Pool was overcrowded with many people not being respectful, having glass around the pool deck and people doing backflips.

Staff was super. Bathroom was not super clean. Then on our second night the knob of The shower completely stopped working. Water was continuously flowing. They did send some up (who was wonderful) however it was going to be a several hour job at 10pm. They did graciously change our room for us. The location was ok. Wish we would have stayed closer downtown.

Easy on off hwy, easy onsite garage for regular cars, although very full, facility entry looks way better than actual standard size room. room cleaning needs major improvement - found empty bottles of booze and cap of something behind nightstand (could see it when laying down) super dusty all over, window sills havent been cleaned in very very long time and windows had inside hand / skin prints, outside hadnt been cleaned in forever either. Beds were comfy, sleep and shower was good. Mic said p5/not usable, small frig with freeze good. Location for historic sites visit is fantastic.

We traveled here with our toddler— we stayed for three nights. We were so happy with this hotel. It was perfectly clean, walkable to everything, and had spacious rooms. There was more than enough room for a pack-n-play beside the king bed, and we loved the extra table space to spread out. I always bring cleaning supplies when I travel to make sure my toddler has a clean environment, and I was really happy to have had completely clean paper towels upon wiping everything down. All of the staff were very friendly as well.

The room was very run down and dated. The entire facility was dirty. The neighborhood was also not what I was expecting. Even though we were very close to tourist attractions, the neighborhood was not welcoming; it felt dirty and we did not feel comfortable going out and exploring the area at night.

There was spider on the wall, but I took care of it. The toilet did not flush right, almost to the point I thought it was going to over flow. No USB charging areas in the room, so take your block. Room only had sheers, no curtains to block out light at night.

The historic district of Philadelphia almost feels suburban. Yet the main action is not far: walk, Lyft/Uber, or take transit. Hotel is older but comfortable and well-maintained. Walk to dinner on Market or Arch. Meeting House property right across the street. Independence Hall etc. 2-3 blocks away.

The overall exterior and lobby looked nice. The elevators were old and slow. There was no ac in the elevators and some of them didn’t go to the 5th floor where we were staying. The button was broken so we had to get out and get on a new elevator. The room was ok but had a musty smell. There was water staining on the ceiling. The walls were marked up by the headboards and the bathroom fixtures were old and rusty. The tub needed refinishing and the shower curtain was awful to the point were the floor was all wet after a 10 min shower. Parking was 40 dollars for 24 hours self parking with the hotel discount. Given I pairs 250 bucks I would hope parking would be included and my room wouldn’t be musty and rusty.
