“The reason I booked this resort because it is river view. It has a restaurant that is next to the river but what you can order is only fried rice, congee and fried egg or omelette. The room and the bathroom looked like nobody did her job before the next guest check in. The pillows are too high and hard so it was impossible for us to sleep on the pillows. “Do not book, I booked through hotel.com and when arrived they said they no longer except hotel.com reservations. Hotel customer support tried to get in contact with them and were unable, so my refund was not approved. They should removed themselves from the hotel.com app to prevent customers from booking their hotels.”
