“Tori Homestay was a very nice place to stay! The operators are very friendly and welcoming! They were always attentive and genuinely ensuring that you enjoyed your stay! Hue walking street and the imperial city are only a 20-25 minute walk so easy to get around! Short walking distance to a convenience store if you need anything! If you are a fan of karaoke, you were less than a 3-5 min walk from several karaoke spots. If you come to Hue, I highly recommend you stay here! ”

I kept sending them messages to get a confirmation from them, and I never heard back.Vrbo sent me a 'Keys to your trip' email with an address for the property that went to an empty lot. The taxi driver was just as confused as I was. In the end, I had to book myself into a hotel because I couldn't find the property using the details provided to me.……

“We arrived at check-in time. We showed the attendant our online confirmed reservation. She very politely told us that she no record from VRBO of our reservation and the placed was already fully booked. We did however get a prompt refund. The exterior of the building was a bit shabby and the location wad poor, not at close to the main tourist attractions, so maybe being denied our room was a blessing in disguise.”
