All towels were dingy paint on walls were a mess I was worried about bed bugs so I pulled back sheets Yellow urine stain on center of mattress Since I was by myself I still stayed since it was close to Sloan ballpark but if my wife was with me we would of never stayed and I already paid for two nights Probably the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and I travel a lot

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was kind of dirty. The toilet was not stable. It felt like it was going to fall over. I suggest not staying here!

Dirty (old shampoo wrapper and used cotton swab), lights didn’t work, inch gap under the door to outside. No “indoor pool” as advertised. Didn’t feel safe. Shutters taped together or falling off! Office is locked. 2 day stay and key didn’t work on day two.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The wall behind the headboard has so many holes, and my room is next to the trash bin. The bathtub is not even clean. There is puke in the parking lot. The doors are filthy, and the bathroom is horrible. Overall, my stay was terrible. This hotel is not livable, and they refused to give me a refund even though I only stayed one night. Do not book this hotel, or you will regret it. I took a lot of pictures—it's horrible

My room had roaches everywhere but on bed. Moved T.V because it wasn't working and a whole family of them scattered. They was inside and on top of dresser, in the shower and kitchen. They refused to give me another room or refund my $ so was stuck. Couldn't sleep entire night

The room they gave me had window blinds that were completely destroyed & people could see right into the room & to the bed, there was a horrible smell to the room, there were people flying drones all over the property. I ended up leaving & getting a different room at a different place.

We had no toliet paper and toliet paper holder was broken. Went to the desk and asked for toliet paper he got up got it slamed it on the counter. Didn't say a word. We had 1 bath towel for 2 people, no wash clothes, one very stained little towel to dry your hands. We booked for 2 nights. Room above us the people were slamming things and screaming in the middle of the night. Very scary. Would not recommend to anyone.

Window panels for the room were completely broken off and sitting on the couch. Several handles for faucets were broken. AC was nice just hard to use. Toilet was strange, didn’t want to flush normally. Beds had lots of hair prior to sleeping in them.
