you don't want people taking food to the room but you don't have enough seating for everyone. People don't check the parking so when someone like me needs a handicap spot there are cars in these spaces with no placard. the sofa bed was horrible, you need new mattresses.

The staff, especially the front desk and breakfast crew were great, but the property was frankly shabby and in need of attention. My room had multiple dark stains in the carpet, a couple of broken light switches, and a smoke detector that beeped loudly throughout my first night's stay. I was so tired after arriving after 1am that I forced myself to sleep through the shrill beeps, but got up first thing in the morning to pull the smoke detector off of the ceiling and reconnect it to its power supply. While the hotel was the cheapest of the three in the immediate area, it was far from inexpensive, and I will not stay here again the next time I visit my family.

If you are like me and happen to be a person with a disability, keep looking. There are plenty of hotels around that have actually paid attention to the ADA compliance in stead of somehow skirting it because this room was a joke for a wheelchair user, The door to the bathroom opened out so to get around it and onto the bathroom I would have to back myself into a corner and keep trying to scoot closere until I could make it past the door - Once in the bathroom the grab bars for the toilet were a good foot higher than they should have been, I wonder if they have ever considered how frightening it is to try to get up from a toilet seat and have to struggle to hard that you're not sure you can get back in your chair, I eneded up scraping my leg on my chair and bled and bled from that, It's not a bad place, but whoever was is charge of ada requirements when they built this place was sleeping on the job and it hurts us, I wish they knew that it literally hurts us to try to find ways to make someone's sloppy work - work for us,

From the moment I entered I had an excellent experience The front desk welcomed me. Christmas decorations were delightful. The staff was quiet and polite. My room was spacious and clean. I walk with a cane and was given room 107 which made it very accessible to my room and breakfast room. The morning breakfast was the best I've seen, and clean. I asked for help with the waffle maker and staff was right there in the room. I definitely will return on my next visit.

People that worked there were very nice. The maintenance of the place was subpar. My first impression of the place was entering the south door and seeing dingy worn stained carpet. The carpet is ripped where it meets the tile in the hallway entering the long corridor to the unit. Then upon entering the room, I saw stained curtains, carpet was ripped in places, there were slivers or wood on the vanity near the sink in the bathroom. if we had small kids it would be a safety issue. The door was splitting in the bathroom. The ironing board was stained, the overflow was super dirty in the bathroom sink. The good things were the staff, they were very friendly. The bed was clean and comfortable. I will never recommend this place to any of my family. The rating on Expedia did not match what I witnessed and experienced. I will never stay here again. I will pay a little more and stay at the Hampton Inn next door. Which is where we normally stay but I wanted to save money. Silly me.

The beds in this hotel, were the absolute worst bed ever. 2 nights at the hotel, and maybe got a full 3 hours of sleep. The lady at the counter was nice though.
