No coffee pot, kitchen had nothing in it (pans, utensils, paper towels, dish rag, dish towel, etc.). No hand towel for bathroom. Floor was dirty. Bed pillows were flat.

The room had sheets that were bloody and covered by another sheet. The pull out bed looked unsanitary with a small mattress that wasn’t big enough for 2 people to sleep in. I had to find another hotel room because I didn’t feel comfortable staying at the establishment.

They should be ashamed of how dirty this place is and how it keeps running. The toiled broke and there was water all over the floor. There was no people in the front desk and the door was lock. I try to call customer service and the phone in the room didn’t work then when I got a hold of someone he was rude and was expecting for me to clean the mess.

Doors was locked once we got there my three kids and all our luggage’s was out side trying to figure what to do next for two hours (1am) we are new here and had a long flight to not have a place to lay down n receptionist was really rude and didn’t not want to help and told us we can’t get our money back

Blood on the sheets hides a bed that would not extend due to the entertainment center. The TV is broken. The Bathroom has mold on the walls and crack heads in the room next to the store. This hotel is for a one-night stand, not a family. They moved us to a sister hotel in Scottsdale, and it was just as bad.

The security was non existent meaning other residents were heard shouting outside the windows in the middle of the night. And the property was non smoking, but our room smelt heavily of smoke and smoke drifted in under the door. Would not recommend if you have kids

Room had terrible smell. Bathroom disgusting, actual feces on the wall next to toliet. Tub worn & stained. 2 cigarette burn holes in bathroom floor. Carpet frayed & coming up in spots. Only 2 flimsy cardboard thin pillows. I can provide pictures. This property is in desperate need of a renovation.

I have photos of this room and it is absolutely disgusting. It’s super dirty, unsanitary and just overall nasty…i am EXTREMELY disappointed with the pictures. Not to mention, I booked this with the understanding that there was breakfast just to be told they no longer serve breakfast either. The room smelled of cigarettes as well. I am happy to send pictures of how gross it was!

We checked in after our flight was cancelled and just needed to sleep. The room was dirty and had not been cleaned. There was left over food in the trash cans. The sofa bed did not have any sheets and there was not any bedding to be found. We had to sleep in a hoodie on a mattress with stains. Disgusting.

This hotel has not been managed at all, and the sleeping situation was not suitable for my family and children. I have photographs. I would love to share with any of your staff that had any inquiry why it was not suitable for me and my children before my son‘s surgery at the Children’s Hospital. I would like to request a refund as we were there for only 20 minutes, evaluating the room and found it unfit accommodations for me and my family. There was mold in the bathroom, which would’ve made it a safety hazard for my child with asthma and unsafe.. there was blood stains all over the floor, and the pullout sofa was severely stained and ripped. I would request that somebody to reach out to discuss refund. You can also contact the hotel to verify the room is not slept in. We did not go to the front desk. We just left because we had to rush to find a place to sleep.

The room was quiet and fit 6. The mattress in the couch was stained with dark and light stains. The bed sheets all had brown and yellow stains. There were no towels or soap once we got there. The door did not completely seal so we were a bit apprehensive about our stay. The area surrounding our room was well lit.

I booked this room to catch some morning sleep for my family (2 kids under 3) after getting off a red-eye. When I booked, the front desk assured me I’d be able to call the front desk number and someone could let me in for a morning check-in. Instead when I called I was told that the on-site contact couldn’t be reached and I was left standing outside with my very overly tired family. I was also told they couldn’t issue a refund since I booked through Expedia. I hope Expedia makes it right and gives a full refund for a room I wasn’t allowed to stay in.

Went to take shower for dinner and had no hot water. Staff came up to help get water warm, however water only got to luke warm. No utensils, dishes, cups, etc., which I would anticipate in an extended stay. Very tiny microwave.
