When I checked in my reservation was not found even though I had an email confirmation so I had to rebook my reservation at a higher rate. When I finally did get to my room I did not have a shower curtain and I called the front desk and they brought one up. The room itself was fine. It could have been slightly cleaner. The kitchen was not stocked with anything as far as amenities, utensils, plates, cups, etc. Which I find kind of strange if they're going to have a kitchenette. The TV was fine. The remote was very touchy wasn't real easy to use if I had to stay here again, I most likely wouldn't. I was only here for a specific reason this weekend

Check in was fine. Agent was friendly and helpful. Once in the room, a VERY strong odor of air freshener was evident to a point of inducing headaches. Which makes me wonder what are they trying to mask. Room seemed cleaned, but seeing stained/mildewy office chair; bathroom cabinet door needing repair or repainting makes me feel that the room is unclean. We are here for one night so will put up with it. Maintenance issues are also evident. Security door latch is very loose and will likely break away if someone pushed on the door hard enough; kitchen sink faucet will not turn off without finagling the handle. This was my first time staying at an Extended Stay property and honestly will be my last.

I satyed there 2 days. Actually ended up booking the 2nd day last minute and ended booking again with a different room the 2nd time....I decided to come back because we had a nice experience there despite some of the nad reviews. I had driven around the property and went inside the lobby to check the place outside BEFORE actually booking since some of the reviews sounded a little scary. LISA at the front desk was awesome and took good care of me and made sure my rooms both times were clean, and very decent. Is it the most updated place, no buy for something simple, clean where the appliances work, with plenty of hot water for a decent price. It worked just fine. I enjoyed my stay. Also, it was very quiet surprisingly and the bed slept fine as well. I'd stay here again, especially if LISA is at the front desk!

I did like the size of the room accommodating 2 adults and 4 children. The sofa bed was not full sized so only a large child could sleep there. The property was very outdated. It worked for the one night.

Booked on Expedia, arrived to find lobby taped off, rug ripped up, main door blocked, yhen gound that they (Expedia hotel) had overbooked, so no room available. Spent hours (repeatedly made to wait, then fialog box closed) before I was granted a refund. Worst ever
