I LOVED the atmosphere and how amazing the hotel staff were. Even when sold out, the receptionist were so sweet and understanding of the WiFi being laggy. The bartender was the sweetest to have and she felt so bad for how long my food was being taken to made, she comp my drink for free. I was here for roughly two nights for a comic con in Phoenix and whenever I have the chance again, I’ll definitely be back here again.

Art was cool, rooms looked cool, could've been an enjoyable experience. if the sink wouldntve flooded the room. (There's no bathroom privacy btw, which is no biggie to me - but in case you wanna know.) Got banned 🚫 Cause I requested a late check out, but 4 different occasions someone came and knocked on the door and asked me what was going on why I'm still there. They obviously were not communicating anything to each other. Which is funny cuz I made the third guy walkie talkie down to front desk and confirmed they got the information, and apparently they still didn't because the manager came 20 mins later and because I had slight attitude in my voice when I informed him it was the 4th time I had to verify my late checkout, his ass told me I'm not allowed to stay there ever again. Literally didn't say anything wrong, only black and white facts with the * ever so slightest* attitude.

Nice staff and good food but man the issues with this place is unbearable. When we got here, we had to fight for parking and kept fighting with valet when we paid 35$/ night for NON reserved parking? We had to keep moving our car so people could get out. Then we get to our room and the outlets are practically shot,like there's not enough power to the room. Our TV kept flickering, our phone chargers kept flickering, etc. It took almost 9 hours to charge my phone because of this issue. Couldn't make coffee with the provided kurieg also cause of this. Kept turning off. Would overfill the cup cause it thought it was starting over. The bathroom has a SMALL dent and no shower walls or curtain so be prepared to use all your towels on day 1 to soak up the flood. Even if you're super careful the whole bathroom will flood after 1 shower. Our sink didnt drain either. Pool was okay but had this annoyingly loud DJ, and didn't turn it down after multiple requests and also alot more shallow than expected only a peak height of 4 feet. WiFi didnt even work either and i was just told by staff that its "spotty service" ? 1 paid at the begining of the trip. Expedia quoted me 627$ when I arrived was quoted a 120$ incidental fee upon arrival, problem all hotels do this- but then there was an additional 20$ for a "resort fee" Which brought my total to 767. That's fine. But when I went to check out they were fighting me for an additional 20$ for We this resort fee and trying to make re pay fee

Mediocre hotel. The room was not cleaned properly, dirty dishes left in the room. They charge a $25 resort fee (not sure for what? There were no clean towels at the pool, pool had dirty napkins in it floating at the bottom, no beverage/food service outside) on top of a $35 nightly parking fee. Would not recommend as a special place. Many choices downtown, probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is unique with a very artsy vibe. You also get 2 free tickets to the art museum with your reservation. The pool is amazing and was much needed with the high out door temperature. There is a heavy homeless population throughout the city (not just near this location). As a female traveling alone I didn't really feel comfortable walking the city once it got dark. I walked from this location to the Phoenix Convention Center daily during my stay and felt very comfortable during the day time. Love the hotel overall.
