Welcome to our beautiful 4-bedroom house in Arizona, the perfect getaway for family and friends. This spacious home features a stunning backyard complete with a refreshing pool (that my be heated upon request for an additional fee), a large outdoor dining table, sun loungers, and a variety of outdoor games, making it ideal for entertaining and relaxation. Inside, you'll find a pool table for some friendly competition, a large dining room table perfect for gatherings, and a cozy coffee nook to enjoy your morning brew. Each bedroom is furnished with comfortable beds to ensure a restful night's sleep. For those who need to work remotely, there's a dedicated desk space. Additionally, we offer a variety of board games for all ages and a "Take a Book, Leave a Book" section for book lovers. Our home is conveniently located close to entertainment, dining, the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport and recreational activities that Arizona has to offer and is within walking distance to a fun park. From start to finish everything was great! Thanks for a great holiday! Property was absolutely spotless. They had more than enough kitchen dishes/small appliances, games, books, towels, blankets etc. We highly recommend this propery. The owners were great to deal with. The location is close to everything as well.

The location was great for our needs and the room situation worked for us. The property was clean well stocked. The only downside, was that the mattresses were all very firm, which meant not great sleep for most of us. We were there with some athletes for a competition and sleep is very important, so that was an issue. Otherwise the we really enjoyed our stay.

My family and myself rented Nikki‘s place because we had a kickball tournament that weekend and her place was very close to the field. Nikki was very, very informative, accommodating, she had great communication. She allowed us to check in early @1pm and a few of us had later flights on Monday n she accommodated us with a leader check out. She checked on us through out the weekend periodically to see how things were going and if we needed anything…overall a great stay, if I’m ever back in AZ I’ll definitely book her place again ❤️
