Gilbert Getaway - Pool + Game Room + Pool Table

The space
This spacious and inviting house offers a comfortable stay for up to 14 guests. With a total of 5 bedrooms and 7 beds, it's an ideal choice for larger groups or families looking for a relaxing getaway. Let's explore the different areas of the house:

Main Floor:
As you step inside, you'll find a welcoming entrance area and a convenient storage closet for your belongings. The main living space features a smart TV for entertainment, a selection of games, and a supply of pool towels, making it a great place to unwind. The well-equipped kitchen is complemented by a dining area with seating for 6, and there's an additional table in the kitchen with 4 seats, ensuring everyone has a place to enjoy meals together. For added convenience, there's a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The garage is also accessible from this area.

Upstairs:
1st Bedroom: The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed for 2 guests, a spacious closet, and an ensuite full bathroom with his and her sinks, a toilet, and a bathtub with a shower.

2nd Bedroom: This bedroom features a queen-sized bed for 2 guests and a generous closet.

3rd Bedroom: Similar to the second bedroom, this room also offers a queen-sized bed for 2 guests and a closet.

- An additional full bathroom is located outside the master bedroom and includes a sink, toilet, and a bathtub with a shower. A towel closet nearby provides easy access to fresh towels.

Basement:
4th Bedroom: This bedroom includes a bunk bed with 2 queen-sized beds, accommodating 4 guests comfortably. A closet is provided for storage.

5th Bedroom: Similar to the fourth bedroom, the fifth bedroom also has a bunk bed with 2 queen-sized beds, accommodating 4 guests. It also features a closet for your belongings.

- There's an additional full bathroom on this level, complete with a sink, toilet, and a bathtub with a shower.

Game Room: The lower level is dedicated to entertainment, featuring a pool table, a smart TV, and various games in an arcade setup. It offers a swimming pool view, making it a fun gathering space.

Backyard:
You can enjoy outdoor cooking with the provided grill. Relax by the pool on comfortable loungers shaded by an umbrella. A table with seating for 6 allows for outdoor dining or simply enjoying drinks and snacks in the fresh air. The backyard features a gated swimming pool with storage for pool toys, providing a great way to cool off and have fun during your stay.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house and all its available amenities. While we won't be available in person, you can reach out to us through the booking platform, text/call, or email. We are very responsive from 8AM to 10PM.

Verification Required: For security purposes, guests are required to provide a photo of a valid ID and credit card (showing only the name matching the reservation and expiration date) before arrival. These documents must be submitted for verification before check-in.

Other things to note

Pool Information:
The pool is not heated and it is serviced every Thursday. Enjoy full access to the hot tub in the backyard, available anytime during your stay. Leaves and other natural debris may occasionally blow into the pool. This does not constitute a reason for a refund, provided the pool is safe to swim in. If you notify us, we will be happy to try and arrange for the pool company to service the pool as soon as possible.

Trash Collection and Outside Maintenance:
** The trash collection is every Wednesday morning. Someone will put the trash bins on the curb the night before collection and return them after collecting the trash.
** We have regularly scheduled landscaping and exterior maintenance on the property.

Inside Fireplace:
The fireplace inside the house is purely ornamental and not functional, designed exclusively for display and decor.

Please note that we do not provide cable TV at the property. However, we have a Smart TV available, so you can easily log in to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Prime, and more. Perfect for a relaxing escape or a productive work trip, this home is ready to host you!
