Grab a seat at the breakfast bar or the adjacent table for eight. Even better, eat alfresco and then pop the dishes in the dishwasher when you’re done.
Head out to explore the surrounding desert, with lots of hiking opportunities, or head into nearby Phoenix and Scottsdale for an urban day out. When you return, get cozy on the couch in front of the gas fireplace and flip on the wall-mounted flatscreen to stream your favorite shows. If you're looking for more together time, play some music with the sound dock and bust out a board game. For even more ways to relax, the jetted tub in the main bedroom’s en suite is calling your name. Even better, do some laps in that pool. Throw something on the gas grill for dinner and end the day back outside around the fire pit, watching the stars rise over the desert and toasting your good luck at booking the perfect golf getaway.

In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
