Individuals under 19 may not reside in the home for more than 30 days. HOA office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Appointments are required to secure amenity access, which incurs an additional fee not included in the rental rate.
