Beautiful home - room for everyone

We enjoyed our stay!!! Plenty of bathrooms to prep for our daughter’s wedding and our teens and their cousins enjoyed the pool, the pool table, the tvs and the gaming table! I would highly recommend!!!

Great Multigenerational Place

Fantastic for multiple families. 3 families plus grandparents all had their own space. Everything was clearly labeled. Supplies of all kinds, from laundry detergent to kids' toys. Wonderful shade in backyard with grassy area for kicking a soccer ball. Pool was perfect. Large eating spaces both indoor and outdoor. We'll book this place again!

Awesome stay!

Our stay was very enjoyable and the location perfect with easy access to the highways without the noise. David was extremely responsive, very helpful and accommodating. He was an awesome host! Our overnight guest count dwindled a little from our original plans, but it comfortably accommodated 9 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook for larger group of guests. We definitely took advantage of some quiet time relaxing in the pool which was really enjoyable!We would definitely stay here again if we have a large group!

Perfect place for our extended family gathering

This home was perfect for our gathering of extended family members who gathered for the wedding of our son in Mesa. We came down from Alaska, met up with family from Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. The pool table was a big hit. The pool was well used by people of all ages. The only issue was the the heat didn't work. We let the host know and he reached out after it was fixed, so it worked for a day, but then it stopped working again. The host refunded us for the heating cost and was going to look into why it wasn't working. The host was very responsive when we reached out for any concerns (we only found one garage door remote and he let us know the previous guests took it; a package arrived; there was a couple things broken that he knew about it let us know what we could do about it). We used the game room and some of the games. There was plenty of seating for everyone, indoor and outdoor. We appreciated the grill and extra propane that we could use. The hammock was used by several different people. We used the lawn games..... it was really a perfect gathering place for us as we came together to celebrate a family wedding. We didn't have any of the wedding celebrations at this location, but we were able to gather here between scheduled activities.

8 retirees enjoying desert golf. House was everything advertised, well equipped and very convenient to all the places we wanted to go. Some of the furniture is rather dated which didn’t bother us but might bother a picky spouse. Otherwise everything worked as promised and we had a great time.

Reuniting family

Wonderful Home

Perfect house for 12 guys golf trip

Searching for a house where all 12 of us could stay. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space for all of us to hang out. Host was very easy to get a hold of and responsive. Would stay here again.

Just what we were looking for!

Wonderful home with more space than we even needed! The host was very helpful and the most responsive I've ever had renting from VRBO. Wonderful neighborhood and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. We hope to return for future work trips!

Three Generation Get-together

We are from Nebraska and it was a perfect location for our families. My wife (grandparent generation) has a brother and sister in the area. My son's family is from Virginia (wife + four, ages 4 - 10) and my daughter is from Wisconsin (husband + two, ages 2 & 8). The house is immaculate and furnished with everything you could need to keep everyone of all ages entertained, inside and out. Obviously the pool and hot tub were big hits for the northerners. Kitchen and dining areas were spacious and had everything we needed to keep a hungry group fed. The bedroom configuration was a delight for the grandchildren, who thought every night was as different sleep-over. As far as the location, it was great. Easy access to the 101 and 202 makes it easy to shop, hike, or go anywhere in the valley you desire. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks David.

Great house for kids and adults

Lots of bedrooms. Enough bathrooms for all of us. The pool and hot tub were great! Several TV's so the kids could watch their shows while adults watched theirs.
