Everything was great with the expecting of check in. Granted we did check in late (between 12am-1am), when we arrived we waited 10 minutes before someone checked us in. We tried saying “excuse me” to see if anyone was in the back room and got no answer. We called the main phone and it just kept ringing and nobody got up to get it. Finally, I went on the Hilton app and messaged for help and she must have been alerted then that someone was waiting to be checked in. All of this didn’t bother me so much, but what bothered me most was that she didn’t even apologize that we had been waiting. She walked out from the back room (which was a second walk to the desk) and just stared at me until I said something.. not even a “I’m so sorry or how can I help you?” This part was a poor experience. But the facility overall was great!
